Change Your Details

As a Jackgreen customer, you must tell us when your details have changed. Do you have a new phone number for your home, work or mobile? Or perhaps you have a new email address. If our records are incorrect we may not be able to contact you.

Please call 1300 46 5225 to advise us of any change or send a quick email to enquiries@jackgreen.com.au to let us know.

Moving House?

For our existing Jackgreen adopted family members, if you are moving house and want to take us with you (please do) then you will just need to give us 4 business days notice to move.

For the people that are wanting to do their bit for the environment and want to join our extended family. We would love to manage that for you. You will need some forward planning to allow time for you to receive the terms and conditions and for us to organise the connection. So give us 14 business days and then you can consider yourself one of the family.
